The Belgian born editor and author, died last month. He created, in my opinion, at the age of 53, this century's greatest publishing house, the "Actes Sud" editions.

33 years later, with a catalogue of 5 000 titles, the "Actes Sud" editions publish, on average, 350 books a year.
